About Weston Hospicecare
Weston Hospicecare provides palliative care for people living with a life-limiting illness in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas as far afield as Highbridge, Burnham-on-Sea, Cheddar, Draycott, Yatton, Wedmore, Congresbury, Blagdon and Wrington.Our goal is to help people with incurable conditions to live as well as they can, for as long as they can. We help them feel like family and friends again, not just patients and carers.
