About Vision Care
“Vision Care ” is a charity set-up to provide free eyecare services to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, in an accessible and friendly environment in which they feel safe, welcome and comfortable.
Our volunteer teams provide free eye care through our city centre clinics, based in homeless centres. Vision Care is also developing mobile services to reach more people in need - plus advocating for changes in legislation to make access to eye care more equitable for people regardless of their housing situation.
