The Cotswold Canals Trust is a charity dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and promotion of the historic Cotswold Canals — the Stroudwater Navigation and Thames & Severn Canal. Since 1972, we’ve been working with volunteers, partners, and local communities to bring these once-lost waterways back to life for everyone to enjoy.
From towpath repairs and lock restorations to wildlife conservation and community events, our aim is to reconnect the Cotswolds to the wider UK canal network — creating a space for leisure, heritage, nature, and wellbeing.
