About The Cart Shed Charity
The Cart Shed works with adults and young people experiencing mental health difficulties or those who have emotional imbalances in their lives. We use woodland activities to empower people to self-manage their mental and physical health in a sustainable way. Sessions are run by tutors, occupational therapists and mental health practitioners and are based in woodlands in North Herefordshire.
