About RVC Animal Care Trust
We are passionate about advancing animal health and welfare. We support the work of the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) by funding vital initiatives in three key areas:
Enhancing hospital facilities and equipment – ensuring that the RVC’s animal hospitals remain at the forefront of veterinary care, treating over 30,000 patients each year.
Funding groundbreaking research – driving innovations in the treatment of diseases affecting both animals and humans.
Supporting veterinary education – helping to train and inspire the next generation of veterinary professionals and scientists.
Our support helps provide state-of-the-art equipment and improve patient environments across RVC hospitals. We also fund life-saving initiatives such as the blood transfusion programme, where generous dog and cat donors help save critically ill animals.
Beyond clinical care, we invest in the future of veterinary medicine by supporting pioneering research projects led by RVC clinicians, scientists, and students. From undergraduate studies to postgraduate research, we help unlock discoveries that benefit both animals and people
