About Animal Aid Abroad
Animal Aid Abroad is an Australian registered charity set up in 2007 to help working animals suffering from neglect, abuse and injury in developing countries. We are a volunteer based charity with no paid staff, minimal overheads and with most funds raised, going directly to support our working animal welfare programs in Afghanistan, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malawi, Nepal, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia. Animal Aid Abroad partners with local grass root groups to provide free veterinary care to sick and injured animals, as well as working with communities to improve animal welfare through education and training. We envision a world where every working animal lives a life free from suffering, and is treated with respect and compassion.
