At Age Concern Liverpool & Sefton we support older adults well-being through a range of free services to keep them connected with their community and to maintain confidence and independence in their home. This includes a range of weekly activities, a befriending service and information to support them with everyday matters. To keep our services open, we rely on support from the community.
