About TOFS
OA/TOF are rare congenital conditions of the oesophagus (food pipe) and/or trachea (airway) that affects 1 in every 3,500 babies.
Some born with OA/TOF may have life-long difficulties with swallowing and digesting food, gastrointestinal issues and respiratory problems.
TOFS is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people born with the condition and their families. For nearly forty years we have been helping people through the challenges of being born with OA/TOF by offering education, funding research and giving support.
TOFS receives no government funding and relies entirely on donations and other sources of charitable income to fund our activities. Your donation, large or small, makes a huge difference to us and will help us continue our work in supporting those born unable to swallow.
