Mid and North East Essex Mind are a local mental health charity providing services across Mid and North East Essex, Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts. We believe that no one should face a mental health problem alone. We will push for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing a mental health problem. We are an independent charity connected to the national charity Mind. We raise our own money to run our service.
