Our Outreach Programme works with a team of trained volunteers to visit people in their own homes, to offer friendship and support them with any daily tasks they may be struggling with - shopping, online access, cooking, budgeting, benefits, etc. - and encourage them to engage in social activities, hobbies to relieve loneliness and help them to live their best life.
Our Hammersley Homes will offer a supported home for life for this same vulnerable group, enriching their lives with kindness and compassion and keeping them safe - out of hospital, out of trouble with the law and out of prison, thus relieving pressure on the public purse.
