Hammersley Homes 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
Our Outreach Programme works with a team of trained volunteers to visit people in their own homes, to offer friendship and support them with any daily tasks they may be struggling with - shopping, online access, cooking, budgeting, benefits, etc. - and encourage them to engage in social activities, hobbies to relieve loneliness and help them to live their best life.
Our Hammersley Homes will offer a supported home for life for this same vulnerable group, enriching their lives with kindness and compassion and keeping them safe - out of hospital, out of trouble with the law and out of prison, thus relieving pressure on the public purse.
