Dementia Friendly Hampshire We create opportunities for people affected by dementia to stay active and to connect with nature. We promote social inclusion for people diagnosed with dementia who are excluded from society or part of society because of their illness. We raise public awareness of the issues faced by people affected by dementia by undertaking campaigns, workshops and other events.
