Beyond Dementia Beyond Dementia, formerly known as Alzheimer’s Support, is a local charity supporting families affected by dementia in Wiltshire. Our services include inspirational day clubs, dementia advisers, carefully customised support at home and a wide range of community-based singing, art, exercise, discussion and gardening groups.
