About Turning Tides
Turning Tides provides a range of homeless support services in West Sussex, covering Adur and Worthing, Littlehampton, Horsham District and Mid Sussex.
Our outreach teams reach out to rough sleepers.
Our community hubs offer support to those who are homeless and vulnerably housed providing access to hot meals and emergency food provision; showers; washing and drying facilities and clean clothes.
Residential projects help people off the streets and support them as they rebuild their lives. Every year we accommodate over 200 homeless people.
We collaborate with local authorities, partner agencies and external providers within systems such as housing, health, social care, substance misuse and criminal justice. Our specialist staff work with mental health issues, trauma and addiction. We ensure our approach is joined up and inclusive.
