Welcome to Geordie Bullies! Thank you for visiting our website and wanting to learn more about us. Geordie Bullies is a breed Specific English bulldog Rescue. The Rescue was founded by Helen Edwards and Clair Knox both from Newcastle who both are very passionate about the breed we know and love. The charity was formed in 2016 when Helen and Clair recognized that there was a huge amount of bulldogs being sold or given away due to breed related issues, those being used as a commodity and were at risk.
The charity at present has over 70 volunteers/fosters around the UK. We are a non profit organization and rely solely on donations from the public to rescue and rehabilitate the bulldogs in our care. We only use foster homes for our bully babies. Every bulldog that arrives with us is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed and micro-chipped before it is re-homed.
To date we have re-homed over 100 dogs for a wide variety of reasons.
