About St Richard's Hospice
St Richard’s is a Worcestershire charity, providing expert free care and support to over 3,300 adults living with life-limiting illnesses, their loved ones and the bereaved.
St Richard’s care is unique to each individual- whatever his or her physical, emotional or spiritual needs. The hospice team includes doctors, nurses, social worker, counsellors and therapists working alongside highly trained volunteers. Through care in the home, the In-patient Unit, Day Hospice and many different therapeutic support services, the hospice is able to help patients and families at a very difficult time. To provide this care the hospice has to raise over £9million this year and is very much dependent on the support of the local community.
