Lyme Disease UK Lyme Disease UK exists to support people with Lyme disease and who are looking for support and guidance. Our mission is to reduce the number of UK residents facing the devastating consequences of being misdiagnosed and untreated for Lyme disease. We share important tick bite prevention information and offer the largest patient support network in the UK with over 13,000 members in our Online Community on Facebook. We want to see all front line medical staff in the UK aware of the illness so that patients are treated promptly as this reduces the chance of complications developing.
